Prior to Dwyer’s indictment, on October 22, 1984, a grand jury indicted Torquato, Torquato’s attorney William T. Smith, Judy Smith, Alan R. Stoneman, and David Herbert.


Dwyer, along with Asher, were indicted by a federal grand jury on May 13, 1986.
