8/18/2011 · Simple to EV train your Dragonite in attack, give it 10 Protein (100 EVs), let it hold a power bracer and defeat 30 Lilipup = (5×30= 150 EVs), now just defeat 2 Lilipup (without the power bracer) = 2 EVs. overall = 252 EVs in attack. Do the same for speed EV training just use Carbos as the vitamin and Power Anklet as the EV -enhancing item.

Dragonite has some useful resistances, and with some EV support it can provide a bit of a dual-role as a defender and then an attacker. In this case, Speed will have to take a big step back, and you’ll be aiming to fire off two Dances instead of one to compensate for the loss of Speed.
